Ar80 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the ar80 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ar80 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all associated services — you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the ar80 platform. Continued use following the publication of any amendments will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are legally eligible to use online gambling services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on ar80. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances. Information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. ar80 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. ar80 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to protect their account information. If you suspect any unauthorised access, please contact ar80 support immediately.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the ar80 platform complies with their local laws. The platform must not be used for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or unlawful purposes. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit software bugs, or use unauthorised automation tools is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the ar80 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including Touch 'n Go, Boost, and local bank transfers.
Deposits are processed automatically and are typically credited within 1 to 5 minutes, depending on the chosen payment method. ar80 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party systems. Minimum deposit limits are subject to current policy, which can be reviewed within your account.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to identity verification and wagering requirements where applicable. ar80 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security review purposes. Funds proven to have been obtained through fraudulent activity will not be approved for withdrawal.
Ar80 reserves the right to void, suspend, or adjust any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity or violating platform usage policies. Users will be notified via email or in-account notification of any such action.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Ar80 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, the following:
- The user has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Multiple accounts have been registered by the same individual.
- False or misleading information was provided during registration or verification.
- There are indicators of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
- Requests from law enforcement or relevant regulatory authorities.
In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may not be refunded, subject to the circumstances and the decision of ar80 management. Users whose accounts have been closed for violations are not permitted to re-register without written authorisation from management.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, ar80 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond ar80's reasonable control.
Ar80 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be error-free at all times. Maintenance or system updates may cause temporary disruptions, which shall not entitle users to any claim for compensation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ar80 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of ar80 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written authorisation from ar80 management.
Third-Party Links
The ar80 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers or gaming software providers. ar80 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms and conditions separately.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Ar80 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically to ensure they remain compliant with the latest version.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the ar80 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanisms or, where necessary, through the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
